Q: How will the recipient know who sent their gift
A: A gift card will accompany your gift with your personalised greeting. Please complete the greeting card field in your shopping cart with your message.
Q: Why can’t I proceed without filling in the recipients telephone number
A: All gifts are shipped by courier. To ensure timely and efficient deliveries our couriers may need to contact recipients to check suitable delivery times or to get directions if required.

A: If the recipient is not at home a calling card will be put through the letter box or a message left on their telephone voicemail to inform them of the pending delivery.
