Stand Up Paddling (SUP) is a sport that is suitable for people of all ages and ability, 14 years and above requiring minimal equipment - long board , extendable paddle and buoyancy jacket. It provides a full body workout, toning and strengthening your core muscles while combining balance and strength, leaving you feeling revitalised and energised, ready for the day! Our SUP’ sessions are sunrise to sunset and are a superb way to explore the coastline and get up close and personal with nature.
We provide all equipment for your class - wet suits, buoyancy aids and SUP equipment. Your SUP class would be held in Dun Laoghaire in an enclosed area of the harbour for maximum safety. During your introductory class you will learn all the basic SUP skills needed to become an independent Sup’er.
This experience runs Monday to Sunday. We ask that students are flexible when booking as classes are wind dependent. We do also ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your class, without informing us you will forfeit the voucher.
