He will work with dark, milk and white chocolate explaining how to treat each one in order to finish with chocolates which look fantastic and taste even better. Benoit will tell us where to source the very finest ingredients, and show us how to melt, temper, pour and mould, how to cool, decorate and finish. And then it is your turn. Under his watchful eye he will guide you as you make the most fabulous chocolates. He keeps it all simple – no special kitchen equipment required. Throughout Benoit will share tips and give his recipes for truffles, pralines, crème de cassis and other delicious fillings. We finish with a glass of fine prosecco and chocolate, or coffee and chocolate – you choose.
