Q: How will the recipient know who sent their gift
A: A gift card will accompany your gift with your personalised greeting. Please complete the greeting card field in your shopping cart with your message.

Q: Why can’t I proceed without filling in the recipients telephone number
A: All gifts are shipped by courier. To ensure timely and efficient deliveries our couriers may need to contact recipients to get directions if required. Deliveries cannot be guarenteed without the correct information.

Q: What happens if a person is not in?
A: If the recipient is not at home a calling card will be put through the letter box if accessible to inform them of the pending delivery. They can then contact the Shipping Company to arrange a suitable time for the delivery. Or alternatively the parcel may be left with a willing neighbour.
