Ogham writing is Ireland's Ancient script, often found inscribed on standing stones and in sacred places throughout Ireland's rural landscape.
The ogham alphabet is the earliest form of Irish writing. It was originally carved on the corners standing stones and it is read from the bottom upwards. Each letter is represented by strokes, for example , The letter A is a single central stroke.
