| Again I did not receive the gifts I sent them so I cannot comment on the appearance or quality of the items. I can only state what the recipients told me & that was they were blown away when they saw the personalised label. They said nobody had ever given them a gift like that before, what more can I say. | ||

Gifts Direct had to go to a lot of trouble to contact the recipient but they kept me in the loop constantly and succeeded in the end through a neighbour (who, I think, had as much pleasure from the whole process as the recipient!). I ordered the personalised bottle of Champagne & chocolates for a couple celebrating their Golden Wedding Anniversary recently, I was their bridesmaid fifty years ago. They were absolutely overcome by the gift: the box, the packaging, the contents, but most of all by the personalised label. This was something which they had never received before. Personally I was more than pleased with their comments & I was also more than pleased with your new " Track & Trace " system, I could never get any satisfaction from the last one you operated. - I have purchased the champagne and chocs gift twice - one for an engagement present for a close friend and then my mom needed a present for her godson''s birthday and I thought this would be perfect. My friend was delighted with it - it comes in a lovely presentation box and the bottle of champagne looks great! Delivery was brilliant and it was dispatched on the date I requested. Its more personal then,say a voucher and everybody loves getting a surprise delivered to them don't they! Plus it saves a lot of hassle looking for something in the shops if you're stuck for time.
