| It specified the exact number of roses that were to be in the bouquet but it was short by 1 or 2. Also, the gift was to include a luxury box of chocolates which weren't delivered with the flowers. I had to chase them up on this. I think they were delivered the next day or possibly two days later. |

| The arrangement was large and well received, however there were only 3 roses in the bunch, compared to the half a dozen roses advertised on the website. the company says this can occur when they run out of a particular option. however, i think this is a poor excuse and a big disappointment when you reduce the number of ROSES on VALENTINES day. bad service. | ||
