Terms & Conditions
Welcome to GiftsDirect.com ("the Site"). The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from 4e-Fulfillment.com Limited trading as GiftsDirect.com ("the Company"). Use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.
GENERAL
The company is happy to include a GiftsDirect.com card with your relevant message. Unless you indicate otherwise your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the Company replying to you by electronic mail for such purposes as the Company may consider appropriate. The Company does not accept any responsibility to the extent that the Site is connected to any other sites or services beyond its the control. Gifts or hampers containing alcohol are not available for delivery to persons under the age of 18 years. It is the policy of GiftsDirect.com to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end it is our policy that we do not exchange food, beverage or any other item that may come in contact with the person. Currency rates may vary and will be charged at exchange rate on the day that ordered is received. One free gift per customer is applicable if you qualify. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the Site. GiftsDirect.com cannot be responsible for delays due to custom regulations outside the EU. GiftsDirect.com' registered business number (RBN) is 309454. This site is provided through English only.
DELIVERY & NOTIFICATION
Delivery shall be charged in accordance with destination chosen and price thereafter displayed which said price may be amended (after you place an order) but only to reflect a change in cost. Amendments to delivery details cannot be made after goods have been shipped. For other lead times on gifts please see individual product details or visit our delivery details page. Please note Giftsdirect.com cannot be responsible for adverse weather conditions effecting delivery
Where orders are placed after notified last order date / time for guaranteed delivery the Company does not accept responsibility for late delivery. Proof of delivery of gift(s) shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific gift(s) as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to delivery of individual items therein, if you require a proof of delivery you must allow at least 3 days from the shipping date and your request for tracking . Risk in respect of goods transfers to you the buyer upon execution of delivery docket. You are responsible for providing correct daytime delivery address, telephone number and postal code. The Company cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any shortfall of which you become aware must be notified to the Company within two days of receipt of goods. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of ship of goods. GiftsDirect.com cannot be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any product or any particular item contained in a gift or hamper, or charge any duty. All delivery lead times are pending customs, if customs wish to hold a gift for inspection it can cause delay and is out of our control. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and ship as soon as It arrives. All items are subject to availability. Once an order as been shipped no amendments can be made to your order.
Due to reasons beyond our control we are unable to deliver to he following countries: Belarus, Brazil, Burma (Myanmar), Cayman Islands, Central African Republic, Chile, Colombia, Comoros, Cuba, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Falklands, Georgia, Guinea Bissau, India, Iran, Israel, Johnston Islands, Kiribati, Lebanon, Midiera, Morocco, Myanmar, Nauru, North Korea, Norway, Nrue, Pakistan, Philippines Romania, Sau Tome & Principe, Saudi Arabia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Spanish Islands, St Helena Sierra, Leone, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Uganda, Uruguay, Zimbabwe. Delivery to any country may be stopped at any time without notice.
PAYMENT
We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Laser Cards. You may also pay 'offline' via Cheque, Bank Draft, Postal Order or Bank Transfer. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Goods will only be shipped once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of Giftsdirect.com until payment is received in full.
Christmas hamper payment must be made in full four working days prior to being shipped failing which the Company may at its absolute discretion refuse to effect delivery.
Gift Basket & Hampers
If a product is not available then a product of equal or greater value will be substituted in its place. All photographs are accompanied by an itemized list fairly describing the contents.

FLOWERS
All flower gifts are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
IMAGES OF GIFTS
Please note that for photographic purposes props have been used, these are not included in the hampers or gifts. Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colors however due to variances between monitors, colors cannot be guaranteed. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product's appearance in the photograph and the item delivered.
QUOTATIONS
Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Prices may be amended at any time to reflect a change in cost structure, including any alteration to the rate of VAT or similar tax
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS & LIMITATION
All goods are the property of the Company until all goods and all outstanding debts to the Company and/or its associate companies have been paid for in full. This Site, its contents together with any trade names used by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is only given for personal use. Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement of owners' rights and may be prosecuted.
LIMITATION AS TO DAMAGES
The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit the Company shall be responsible for replacement costs of item only. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused. Any electronic or digital equipment is sold subject to manufacturer's warranty only. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss caused by such electronic or digital equipment howsoever arising.
CANCELLATIONS
Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be submitted in writing before the order has been processed.
RETURNS OF NON-HAMPER PRODUCTS
If you are not satisfied with your product please note we can only refund (excluding delivery charge) or exchange a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt. Returned product must be in its original packaging and in re-salable condition. Returns cannot be accepted for the following product type: Flowers, Fruit, Earrings, Personalised Products
1. Please ensure product is returned in original packaging and resalable condition, as no refund or exchange will be authorised unless these conditions are met and it will be returned to you by normal post without notice.
2. Where a product is faulty, it must be sent back in its original packaging. As soon as we receive the return, the product will be sent to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will either fix the faulty product or if necessary we will get a replacement product sent out without delay.
3.Please call 01 8611578 with your Order Number (see address label on package for order number) and our customer service will issue you with a “Returns Authorisation Code”. The Customer Service line is manned Monday-Friday 9am – 5.30pm. If calling from outside Ireland please dial +353 1 8611578.
4. Include a note stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime contact phone number, Order Number and your Returns Authorisation Code
5. Please ensure you keep a note of your Order Number.
6. Then take your parcel to the post office for return using the returns address: Readers Offers, PO Box 10351, Dublin 11, Ireland. We recommend using registered post so a product can be tracked if necessary.

Entry Details
Competition opens 1st February, with closing date for receipt of entries 14 February 2012 at 5:30pm Maximum of 40 lines per poem (no minimum) The name of author will appear alongside poem and will be shown on the GiftsDirect.com facebook page unless the author changes their privacy settings on Facebook The theme of the poetry competition is ‘love’. Entries must be in English and no obscenities permitted The competition is open to all those aged 18 and over There is no fee to enter No corrections can appear after submission onto facebook Entries must never have been published (either self-published or published), including print, online or broadcast and must be original (ie. Not plagiarised from another source) Entries are unlimited – entrants can enter as many times as they like (but not the same poem each time) The judge’s decision is final and no individual correspondence can be entered into. Worldwide copyright of each entry remains with the author, however, by entering the competition, grant GiftsDirect.com the right to publish and/or broadcast the poem for 14 months from February 2012.
Prize
1st: A two-night break for two, including full Irish breakfast, in The Cliff House Hotel (Cliff Terrace Suite with seaview overlooking Ardmore Bay). This prize includes dinner on one night in the Michelin Star restaurant on site, called The House. The prize must be redeemed Sun - Thurs during February or March 2012. Prize Winner The winner will be notified and their poem highlighted via our facebook page by Friday 17th February 2012. The winner will be asked to provide a biography and photograph for our FB page and may be asked to attend our Dublin office for a photograph to be taken with the CEO.
