Welcome to GiftsDirect.com ("the Site"). The following are the terms and conditions for use of and purchase of products from 4e-Fulfillment.com Limited trading as GiftsDirect.com ("the Company"). Use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms, which may at any time be amended. Your use at any time thereafter constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms as amended.
The company is happy to include a GiftsDirect.com card with your relevant message. Unless you indicate otherwise your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the Company replying to you by electronic mail for such purposes as the Company may consider appropriate. The Company does not accept any responsibility to the extent that the Site is connected to any other sites or services beyond its the control. Gifts or hampers containing alcohol are not available for delivery to persons under the age of 18 years. It is the policy of GiftsDirect.com to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. To this end it is our policy that we do not exchange food, beverage or any other item that may come in contact with the person. Currency rates may vary and will be charged at exchange rate on the day that ordered is received. One free gift per customer is applicable if you qualify. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company and reserves the right to deny access to the Site. GiftsDirect.com cannot be responsible for delays due to custom regulations outside the EU. GiftsDirect.com' registered business number (RBN) is 309454. This site is provided through English only.
DELIVERY & NOTIFICATION
Every effort will be made to have your products delivered on the date you have requested but this date can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery shall be charged in accordance with destination chosen and price thereafter displayed which said price may be amended (after you place an order) but only to reflect a change in cost. Amendments to delivery details cannot be made after the order has been placed- please check all details before submitting your order. Please note Giftsdirect.com cannot be responsible for adverse weather conditions affecting delivery
Where orders are placed after notified last order date / time for guaranteed delivery the Company does not accept responsibility for late delivery. Proof of delivery of gift(s) shall be good evidence of delivery of the specific gift(s) as requested by the customer and no question shall be raised as to delivery of individual items therein, if you require a proof of delivery you must allow at least 3 days from the shipping date and your request for tracking. Risk in respect of goods transfers to you the buyer upon execution of delivery docket.
You are responsible for providing correct daytime delivery address, local daytime telephone number and postal code. Our couriers will only call the number provided if direction is needed to the delivery address and not to arrange a delivery. If the recipient is not home to accept delivery the courier may leave a notification card where the property is accessible, they may deliver to a neighbour unless requested not to when placing the order or they will re attempt delivery on the next working day. Please note: Standard delivery takes place during business hours (9am-6pm) Monday - Friday. We cannot guarantee delivery times
Delivery to PO BOX addresses- this can be done only for specific products. Delivery delays can occur if delivering to a PO BOX address. Please enquire if you have any questions regarding delivery for your chosen product.
All deliveries to Finland and Sweden will be made to GLS parcel shops as standard
Extreme weather conditions and customs security delays are outside of our control.
Nobody Home Policy / Difficulty Locating Address
Every effort will be made to have your products delivered on the date you have requested but specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed.
We ask our delivery drivers to always use their logic when delivering parcels and faced with a situation that nobody is home. So generally speaking, this is what tends to happen:
1. The driver will call the recipient on the number you have provided to get directions from them if needed .Our couriers will only call the number provided if direction is needed to the delivery address and not to arrange a delivery
2. The next step we will take is to leave the parcel with a neighbour where possible and leave a calling card in the door to advise your recipient where their parcel has been delivered.
3. If all else fails we will bring it back to base and await further instructions from you, the sender. Delivery will be attempted twice before the parcel is returned to us if no details have been clarified. We cannot accept the cancellation of an order after delivery has been attempted. No refunds in this instance can be provided.
The Company cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if recipient address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. Any additional charges/ costs incurred in the completion of a delivery (re delivery) due to incomplete original recipient information from the purchaser or the recipients being unable to accept the item in the time frame specified period will be liable for all related charges and costs. This applies to national and international deliveries. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time and the goods are returned to Giftsdirect a charge will be made for re delivery. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing (perishable items such as fruit or flowers or Balloons) . Any shortfall of which you become aware must be notified to the Company within 2 days of receipt of goods.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 20 days of ship of goods.
Goods Held in Customs
GiftsDirect.com cannot be responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate or delay any gift or any particular item contained in a gift or hamper. All delivery lead times are pending customs- this means, if customs wish to hold a gift for inspection it can cause a delay and is unfortunately out of our control. Giftsdirect.com can not be held responsible for any such delays and gift and delivery costs will still apply.

We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Laser, 3v, Visa Debit or PayPal. You may also pay 'offline' via Cheque, Bank Draft, Postal Order or Bank Transfer. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Goods will only be shipped once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of Giftsdirect.com until payment is received in full.
All transactions are processed in Euro and currency conversions are a guideline based on a weekly update of exchange rates.
Hampers & Gifts
In the event of any supply difficulties or seasonal products, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent or greater value and quality without notice. All photographs are accompanied by an itemized list fairly describing the contents. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product's appearance in the photograph and the item delivered.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and ship as soon as it arrives. All items are subject to availability. Once an order has been processed no amendments can be made to your order.
EXPERIENCE GIFTS & VOUCHERS

All flower gifts are subject to availability.
Every order is freshly made, therefore from season to season we may be required to substitute one or more flowers for a variety of equal or greater quality, appearance and value.
Colour, varieties, and vase where applicable may vary due to availability.
In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute without notice.
IMAGES OF GIFTS
Please note that for photographic purposes props have been used, these are not included in the hampers or gifts. Every reasonable effort has been made to accurately reflect actual colors however due to variances between monitors, colors cannot be guaranteed. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product's appearance in the photograph and the item delivered.
Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Prices may be amended at any time to reflect a change in cost structure, including any alteration to the rate of VAT or similar tax
OWNERSHIP RIGHTS & LIMITATION
All goods are the property of the Company until all goods and all outstanding debts to the Company and/or its associate companies have been paid for in full. This Site, its contents together with any trade names used by the Company are protected by intellectual property rights and permission is only given for personal use. Any use beyond that permitted may constitute an infringement of owners' rights and may be prosecuted.
LIMITATION AS TO DAMAGES
The Company shall take all reasonable care in packaging any fragile or breakable items. In the event that any such items are damaged in transit the Company shall be responsible for replacement costs of item only. Any damage to the parcel or contents must be reported within 2 days of receipt of goods. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any personal injury or damage to property howsoever caused. Any electronic or digital equipment is sold subject to manufacturer's warranty only. The Company shall not in any way be responsible for any damage or any indirect loss caused by such electronic or digital equipment howsoever arising.
Any amendments or cancellations to an order must be submitted in writing before the order has been processed. All orders are processed within 24hrs of receiving them.
RETURNS OF NON-HAMPER PRODUCTS
If you are not satisfied with your product please note we can only refund (excluding delivery charge) or exchange a product if we receive it back to our warehouse within 7 days of receipt. Any delivery / product discrepency must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt. Returned product must be in its original packaging, unused and in re-saleable condition. Returns cannot be accepted for the following product type: Perishable products- Fruit or Flowers, Earrings, Personalised Products or Balloons
