Hi everyone,
First of all, I hope you and yours are keeping safe and well. The times we are living through are certainly challenging. I just wanted to let you know that we are still open and we want to help you to continue to celebrate those all-important occasions with your loved ones at this difficult time. Here’s an update on our procedures, which will hopefully address some of the concerns and queries you may have.

Are you still delivering?
Yes, we are still sending parcels of joy to mark those special occasions and to let your loved ones know you’re thinking of them, now more than ever.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If there is nobody present and the property is accessible, the courier will leave a calling card to advise your recipient that delivery was attempted. If safe to do so, couriers will leave in a safe place and leave a calling card. All couriers will be using contactless delivery so no devices will be handed over to sign at this time.
How are you ensuring the safety of your staff?
People are our priority. In the face of COVID-19 developing around the world, our commitment is to adhere to the Irish Government and World Health Organisation’s protocols. Our warehouses & offices have been re-configured to ensure our teams are working safely within these guidelines.
