Excellent Customer Service
"Overall i was very happy with the service I received. I received my order a day after I ordered but unfortunately one of the champagne flutes had broken on route. When i discovered this I contacted Gifts direct and the lady I was speaking to was very helpful. Our conversation was short and sweet, she even knew my name without me having to tell her. She had it all sorted in no time and I had a replacement the very next day as she had said. I would give a ten out of ten for customer service. I was a little dissappointed that the box in which my gift was in was a different colour to the one I saw on the website. The gold box was not as nice as the black I had thought it would come in but other than that it was perfect!"

Fathers day gift
"I ordered the fathers day baloon and personalised wine gift set from the UK but to be delivered in Ireland. I placed the order early to ensure the gift was available but after placing the order I e-mailed giftsdirect.com and asked them to delay delivery of the item until closer to fathers day. They replied immediately and agreed to delay the delivery. The gift was packaged really nicely and my father was thrilled with the gift. There was great excitement in opening it.
