Champagne is the world’s most famous sparkling wine. The very essence of Bollinger Champagne is found in Special Cuvée. This wine is known as a 'brut non vintage', the traditional champagne style that is composed of a blend of vintage wines from multiple years.

It is unquestionably one of the finest of all French champagnes, the Bollinger style is distinctive for its full-bodied toasty character derived from a high proportion of Pinot Noir and the inclusion of base wine that has been matured in oak. Blend: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier. Over 85% Grands and Premiers Crus

Maturation: Cellar aged more than twice the time required by the Appellation.
