How do I track my order?

From your email

You can find the tracking link directly in the email we sent you:

  • Open your shipping confirmation.
  • Click the link labeled Track My Order at the top of the email.

Tip: Tracking can take up to 24 hours to go live after dispatch.

  2. Choose the option Track my order.
  3. Verify your email address when prompted.
  4. Select the order you’d like to track to see the latest status.

No problem— have a look in your junk mail or spam folder, it may have gone in there.
